LN Nails & Tan provides professional nail care services including:

• Custom nail art for special occasions

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Appointment Booking and Cancellation

When booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following:

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone at (410) 282-9211, or in person at our Dundalk location. A valid phone number and/or email is required for booking confirmation.
• Confirmation: You will receive an appointment confirmation via SMS or email. Please verify all details are correct.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate other clients, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• Walk-ins: Walk-in clients are welcome based on availability.

Payment Terms

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept:

• Cash
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Mobile payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities for your nail technician are appreciated but not required.

Health and Safety

• If you have any nail infections, fungal conditions, or open wounds, please reschedule your appointment
• We maintain strict sanitation protocols and sterilize all tools between clients

Aftercare and Results

For optimal results:

• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your nail technician
• Acrylic nails require regular fills every 2-3 weeks for maintenance
• Gel manicures typically last 2-3 weeks with proper care
• Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive water exposure after service
• We are not responsible for results if aftercare instructions are not followed

Satisfaction and Concerns

Your satisfaction is important to us:

• If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours
• We will work with you to address any issues and find a solution
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Corrections or adjustments may be offered at our discretion
